I have t-zone skin and blackheads and this is the first thing that really helped. It’s not a miracle worker (I don’t believe that one exists) but it doesn’t dry my skin but removed the oil for the t-zone, cleans well and shrinks my pores. After a few days I tried it for my hair and it works great as a shampoo, too. I feel like there is less residue left in my hair. So now I actually only have this one soap in the shower, no other soaps, no shampoos, no facial cleaner, just this and it feels great! Read more »

Highly recommend, especially if your scalp tends to become irritated when using other shampoo’s (like Head & Sholders,) then consider trying Dr. Bonners line of Castile soaps. Very efficient cleaning action, with an assortment of various scents, that doesn’t leave my scalp sore and itchy. A very small amount is all that is needed so it is actually very inexpensive over the long run. A 64 oz container will last more than a year. Decanting a smaller amount into a smal spray bottle makes it’s use very easy, HOWEVER, don’t get it in your eyes, this is NOT a none irritating soap! It is however not as bad as some others I have tried. Many people will want to use a conditioner after using it as a shampoo as well. When using it as a hand soap strongly recommend cutting it with tap water, about 1 part soap to 8 parts water, a little goes a LONG way! The label can be an entertaining diversion as well. I have been using this soap for a couple of weeks now and so far I am pleased. It has a clean scent and doesnt dry my face out. I have noticed the breaks have stopped which is pleasing. Read more »

I have to admit, it does look considerably better hanging in the shower than the purple shower poof it replaced. Thankfully, it is smaller than it appears in the pictures, so it is easy to hold and maneuver. I guess because of the tire outer edge, I was worried it would be too big. The rubber outer edge is soft, and feels like the polyurethane that inflatable pool floats are made from more than the hard rubber of a car tire. This makes it easier to hold, but compressible so that a good lather can be worked up from the black colored shower poof inside (it is in there, hiding behind the red scrubby pad). So already I like this better than the traditional poof, because it feels better in my hand, is easier to hold, and looks better. But, what really threw it over the top for me is the red scrubby pad on the front. At first I thought I would have to add soap to the red pad to use it, but the lather from the poof behind it squeezes right through it, so if you’ve been using the rest of the tool, the scrubby is all soaped up and ready to go. I received this product quickly and in good condition. It was as described and as pictured by the seller. I have a problem with excess, rough skin appearing on my elbows the way some people get it on their heels (ick), though not to the same degree, I suppose. My wife had some of this product, very old, in old packaging. I eventually used it up. I tried some other brands and they were very ineffective versus this product. I found this Pretty Feet & Hands on Amazon, in new-style packaging, and hoped that it would be the same excellent product that I used before. It is. I am very pleased that I purchased this product. i hv had mild to moderate acne since my teens, in my 30′s now, there are times when nothing seems to help with my breakouts, i’ve tried extreme diets, cleanses, pills, lotions and of course proactiv over the years. i’m frustrated and depressed, acne has changed my life in many ways, only if u hv acne can u understand the pain that it causes. making a good first impression has never been possible for me. i ordered this product only because i hv faith in sea salt’s healing properties, i’ve used this dead sea mud soap for about a month now and here is what i hv to say – it is not a cure but will greatly help heal your skin…i did get good results but dont expect overnight miracles. maybe couple more months of regular use will help with some of my scars. here is my routine, so when i get up in the mornings i use a little bit of braggs organic apple cider in a cotton ball to remove some of the oil and surface dirt from my face, then pat my face with very little luke warm water, next i lather up the dead sea soap and cleanse my face very gently! i leave it on 3 to 4 min while i brush my teeth, it does sting your eyes so be careful if that bothers u. This is the first review I’ve written. This product is amazing and I felt compelled. I moved to a home with a well, and my hair started to break off. In my 20′s I was a hair model now in my 40s I thought it might be hormonal. I had all the testing done and I was fine. Then I blamed my hair dresser for using too much hair dye. Then I thought it might be my thyroid. I couldn’t even comb through my hair, I had to use so much conditioner just to brush it which then would cause more breakage. I am a performer and my agent started telling me to do something with my hair! I finally, figured out it might be the well. I bought this product, and I am not exaggerating when I tell you in ONE shampooing my hair was softer, I could comb through it and when it was dry my boyfriend put his hands through my hair and said, ” Oh, good now this hair drama is over” I can’t thank Jonathan enough for making this product. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry! I have been battling moderate acne for 25 years. When I was on the pill for a few years, it went away, but I have hypothyroidism now and the estrogen makes my synthroid not work, so I can’t take it. TMI, I know. Before I started using it, the term “acid” sounded painful to me, so I was too scared to have a peel done, much less do it myself. Well, I’m so glad I changed my mind! This stuff is a Godsend! I’m actually kind of upset that I didn’t know about it sooner, because it would have saved me so much stress, seclusion and scars! Ugh! Why oh why? Anyway, I have not had a zit since I started using this stuff. Seriously! I don’t know how well it works for wrinkles because I don’t really have many, but if you have acne, you MUST purchase this stuff. My scars are definitely smoother! (Follow the directions, of course.)
